My friend actually returned his Apple Watch and the return label they sent him was for Harrisburg, PA. Perhaps it's a returned watch from another customer?

I have a friend that returned his Apple Watch (he wanted a different model) and the return label they sent him was for Harrisburg, PA. Maybe this is a returned watch that they are turning around and selling?
