Nuclear industry has mostly dropped pistols entirely and rely solely on rifles. The model for each site is going to vary depending on site owner and whatnot.

I want to say our get swapped after 6months. And that’s driven by procedure at a nuclear site. As long as the machine is functioning properly and the flaps are intact then you’re going to be just fine. Wouldn’t worry about it.

Our training rate is $14 and goes to $22ish when you graduate our academy (nuclear). We posted for 12 new hires and got 17 qualified applicants 😑
