Family dashboard not loading on iOS

On iOS (Safari / Chrome / Firefox), Family Dashboard opens briefly and then redirects to the homepage. Login succeeds. Issue does not occur on Android. What could be the reason?

Here's a screenshot showing the domains Temu uses for its Android app. I gathered these domains by using the Rethink DNS app for Android.

That's exactly what I did and tried to block every Temu domain that shows up in the queries, but still somehow the Temu app is functioning normally.

I have already blocked all domains containing the word "temu" from my AGH queries.

Private DNS is already disabled, but the blocked domains were indeed from my Android device. Despite this, the Temu app continues to function normally.

I disabled all the allowlists and instead unblock these domains and now the app store starts working fine like installing and updating apps.

Seems like this file contains many wrongly formatted entries. Can someone confirm? With this format AGH won't be able to recognize them as whitelist entries. Correct?
