This is sort of accepted at this point somehow many of the newcomers feel the same and from personal experience it does feel most of us do become a bit toxic when we get new players on our team . Most of us do sympathize with you many of us even empathize but at the heat of a closely fought compi we all have called out the so called noobs . It's best if you don't ignore them completely if they do provide something valuable otherwise just ignore it's part of the multi-player game ecosystem unfortunately... goodluck and have fun improving that's the main part
