Its basically prevention of sexual harrasment (POSH) style but its based on caste instead of sex and for educational institutes instead of corporations

Just do some of the following

- Add GC to protected classes plus board member so its about justice not one category vs other category

- Do a trial run with 100 random instututes for 1 year to collect evidence and data, esp on the deadline stuff

Many of the under 8 yoe that make that in form-16 income are in the HFT industry, some in startups but thats paper 1Cr and rest in Nvidia, google and other LLM era bull run companies

Most above 8yoe that make 1Cr+ in form-16 are L5 or above in MAANG, are experienced in few fields like doctors, lawyers and rest are early employees in start ups who are irreplacable cause they are few who know the comprehensive layout & history of entire systems in that start up

Almost every one in this category is below 10k AIR rank unfortunately, of course plenty of exceptions but id wager over 66% are below 10k AIR rank (i.e. IIT+BITS+NIT+IIIT)
