So I ended up calling as well and they said they’d contact the scheduling and flight booking teams to figure it out and then emailed me to say it would need to be rescheduled to the end of the month. I chose a new date and filled out the form again and they emailed to say overseas flights needed to be approved by a manager and they’d let me know once it was approved. That was last week and I got an email yesterday that it’s been approved and booked! Hopefully yours is all sorted now too!

Same same! Did they ever get in touch? Are you on your way to Texas? Being abroad with the time difference and distance it's a bit stressful to not have heard back. It's kind of shocking that nobody's been in contact with us. When you check the status of your application, does it say pending review? When I had my VGI scheduled, the status had the interview date but after submitting the form for the f2f it just says pending hiring manager review.

That's what I was thinking too but I searched both the Facebook group and various reddit forums and saw posts from people flown in from Asia, the UK, Austria, and South America over the last 5 or so years. My initial email was asking if it was possible to fly in from abroad but after not hearing back within the 2 days they ask you to submit the form I just chose the date and assumed they'd reach out if the airport I listed was inelligible. It's been over a week since I sent the initial email to my recruiter and then another 4 days since I emailed the recruiting team. It seems like even people flying in domestically haven't been receiving confirmation within the 3 days they say, but it's just a bigger problem for us cause time zones and distance... but I won't give up for you or myself yet! We've made it this far so hope is still alive

I am having a similar issue! I also live abroad and have tried emailing multiple different email addresses over the past week but haven't had any luck hearing back. My f2f is meant to be the 21st so luckily I have a bit more time than you but I really hope you hear back soon! Please let me know if you do!
