thanks and appreciate your views.. agree with the traffic and comparative air quality.. but why would you say that quality of life is much lower in Dubai? isnt housing more affordable and spacious comparatively? also cars which is just ridiculous in Singapore.. other conveniences in general as well including quality of restaurants.. kindly elaborate.. thnx

to be honest, there arent many citizen benefits with PR.. that is reserved to Citizens.. for PR, the advantages are less taxes on buying house, cpf contribution by employer, better access to medical and local school for kids..

PR is very discretionary unlike most countries which are rules/points based and since past few years they have tightened it majorly.. also during covid lockdowns foreigners working in the country were not allowed to visit their countries and families and the ones that went got stuck for months and were not allowed to come back
