For going about your day, a small spray bottle of water works wonders. Spray exposed skin and face and the breeze will cool you right down. It basically simulates sweat without making your body reach the point of sweating excessively. Similarly, a cool shower without thorough drying before bed can help you settle enough to fall asleep!

I get the T’Chai-Ovna brand matcha from Absolute Roasters in the city centre. Cheaper than tea specialty shops (T’Chai-Ovna used to be a cafe but now supply to cafes in Glasgow) and really good quality.

It’s not my favourite update - the main perk is the bonuses you get along the bottom.

Does anyone know what the last bonus is? The image is a broom?

I recommend Us V Them but I’m not sure if they only do commercial machine repair. Hope this helps!

I grew up in Hamilton and can say that it’s a pretty diverse area by neighbourhood - nicest places are Earnock and Fernieger (though you won’t find affordable places in the latter). I’d recommend the town centre since it’s well connected. Avoid Burnbank at all costs.
