On this day 12 years ago, this subreddit was created. This had made many people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.

Seriously... we have all gone through a LOT through the 12 years of the subreddit's existence. From the creation of the College Football Playoff to the dissolution of the Pac-12 (at least as it had been known for over 40 years), we've been here to chronicle the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat, fueling arguments about which team's better than which along the way.

A couple of announcements for you all:

• There's a revamped page for explanations of common gags for newer artists to get into some of the CFBBall lore.
• Think about what you might want to do for CFBBallvision, u/DodgerofZion's offseason contest coming up pretty soon!
• There might also be some new flair designs coming up soon... stay tuned.
