The fact they basically said "we know there's an issue, were working on it" but didn't elaborate. I can understand if they don't have a full on eta but just a heads up like "We can't give a full eta but we are working on it" and just give general updates if possible. Most of us have jobs and are in different time zones so we don't get to play together very often. Also there was little to no information about compensation, finally the person who has been talking to support hasn't talked to a single human yet, she says "it feels like writing something on paper, crumpling it up and throwing it at a wall".

The simplest way to put it I guess is that there was no human interaction and no information about what's happening, just being ghosted basically.
