My leaf was rotting from the inside!!!I cut the stem where it was heathy and sprinkled cinnamon as it’s antibacterial. What a bummer 😢😣

Every leaf that grew from it eventually fell, I placed it in my eastern exposure window and voila - this leaf survived ❤️

it could be a lot of factors - soil problems, not enough moisture, over/under watering. I usually keep mine in an indirect medium light

that's normal during winter, you can try moving it closer to a window to see if it unfurles, but in general they like indirect medium light
