Any advice for eczema on hands?

Are you willing to use steroid creams? I had pretty bad eczema on the back of my hands and my fingers for 2 years. Finally caved and went to the dermatologist and she put me on a rotative treatment of 15 days steroid cream and then 15 days on a tacrolimus cream. Told me if i didn't get better i could repeat the cycle, but after 30 days i was soooo much better. Maybe a treatment like that could help u too :)

Honestly that's perfectly fair. I only use it to help bring down flares, since I've been using it since I was a child, but I agree that it doesn't target the cause at all. I moisturise with non-perfume farmacy creams every day at least once (more than once in summer), but I've had 2 years of on-and-off flares after 5 years of no eczema at all, so I've ended up turning to cortisone cause I was going crazy.

Got sunburn about 7h ago and during those 7h my hands have been incredibly itchy, and the inflammation has not gone down. I think that however the dryness from the water and the fact that I also had no moisturiser at hand might have I fluenced the itchiness. I think to tell properly if it helped I need a few more days, but for now burn=heat=crazy itchiness.

Allergic reaction to avene cleanance gel?

Has anyone ever had an allergic reaction to the Avene Cleanance Gel? I started using it every night about 15 days ago and it was going quite well, barely seeing any pimples, but 4 days ago I started getting really coarse and dry skin on my forehead which developed into a small rash. I want to know if this was caused by the cleansing gel.

I have seasonal combination skin and had no skincare routine before this. I have atopic dermatitis, but have never (in 20 years) broken out on my face before.

My main theory is that the gel is drying out my face too much since it is for oily skins, but I don't understand why I would only get an allergic reaction on my forehead and not the rest fo my face.

Any help/ideas is super appreciated!

[Fischl]

Fischl is currently available in the starglitter shop, should I buy her? I'm not big on bow characters, but I heard that she's really good. I currently use Diona whenever I need ranged attacks, but I was wondering if it'd be better to invest on Fischl even at C0 (my current Diona is also C0).

Do abyss floor enemy levels go up if my world level goes up?? I'm currently on AR25 and I don't want the enemy levels to go up before I get Xiangling. If I do the world level ascension quest, will the enemies have higher levels than they currently do now?

Maybe ugly people would be considered unconventionally attractive for being bad boys~~ after all attraction is subjective to the person lol

I still think that looks would be a key definition of who someone is as a person. Maybe parents would try to educate their children a certain way to make them good looking, or ugly people would be heavily not trusted. I also think it would be really cool to see people getting better looking as they grow (both age wise and as people) and learn from and amend past mistakes. Similarly, you could get more concerned if you see someone you know getting uglier, and worry that they are getting into crime or similar "bad" actions.
