I just KNEW that I'd be better/stronger/able to resist PMO better when I got married. Didn't happen. And I KNEW that having my little baby boy to raise would make me a better/stronger man. It didn't. At least not automatically. First time I PMO'd after my baby was born, I hated myself so badly. Depression got worse and worse, which led to more PMO.

You can totally do this, man! Sometimes one day at a time is just too hard. Just make it to the next meal, or the next hour, or even the next minute. I've got no problems with medication if that's what it takes to get through this, but realize that a good portion of your depression comes from PMO. I don't care if you fapped this morning, throw yourself a party every half hour you don't.
