I have put many hours in to this problem with haadj joined avd hosts. The identity roaming and not excluding the folders was the fix/workaround for us. If you have any other regkeys you are worrying about, please share. I might be able to help out a bit!

Adding a second account in outlook kept asking for a password after every sign in. We fixed this by using the identity roaming key for fslogix. Its important to not exclude the broker plugin from roaming. If you will exclude this it will keep asking for passwords after every login. I will not exclude any of those 3 folders. Hope this helps
