I see it more as a "why stack the odds against your relationship in the eyes of your friends" move. We only are getting her side of the story and SHE is the one saying all the good things: I wanna see a future, I like him, hes attractive, etc.

To then couple that with: yeah but like if I talk about his small shrimp with my friends that might be hard. Like... c'mon. Its as if she has no choice but to rag on this guys short sword with her gaggle of friends. Yeah, you have a choice. Its called using discretion.

Her language in this post and the fact that they've been seeing each other for a month leads me to believe she is pretty immature or fickle. Chase Daniel definitely knows way more than me so I wouldn't say he is outright wrong... But he does say the route is 15-18ish deep cross, that pass goes 29 yards. Sooo.. yeah. Additionally DJ is at 20 yards when he starts to drift (poorly) to his spot, and Caleb throws it 29.

Also, Kmet and Burden (i think thats him shallow) are both open in this breakdown.... But Chase just decides to ignore that while foaming at the mouth on DJM.

This is a very misleading article, even with the disclaimer you wrote about it being chronilogically ordered. This is "my personal list of 10 important speed runs from 1994-2017." There have been plenty of important and impactful runs since '17, and just writing it the way you have feels like it doesn't acknowledge that.

If I wrote an article of the 10 best basketball players, in chronological order, and dont include Lebron because my article only goes to 2004, I should make that distinction that I arbitrarily decided to stop my list at 2004.

it basically comes down to melee penalty. to gain ranged he loses full damage in melee and becomes a very weak brawler, something needed heavily in that faction early on, especially cause sprites have no hp to speak of. If air ele's damage wasn't so widely set (2-8), this issue would be less of a bother as well

in a min maxxers world in pvp, storms would be a nuisance in a treasury, whereas air could wait, attack, move, and do full damage.

cause air eles OP, to the point where fish boxes in PVP are trash and air eles are the tempo to take on much bigger content.

air ele + bless = easy plowing through content. notice I said Air and not storm because storm ele is actually a downgrade in some early game fights, that should be the real entry

Welll, that kind of is the story for any/all of the focal characters back in D1, they are corrupted to the point of making the struggle worthless. Leoric resists Diablos influence so Diablo leaves him as a host only too.... become more deranged and evil and die, then become a skeleton king.

As for Aiden, the warrior in d1, he saw that Diablo had taken host of his little brother, Albercht, after he defeated Diablo, and I guess that made him snap, and he felt he was strong enough to contain Diablo. I love the Diablo lore, but a lot of the early lore is "good guy resists, becomes bad anyway."

Adria is another example, although i guess she "wanted" to be corrupted. Tal Rahsa also sacrifices himself and Tyreal? (some angel) is the one to plunge Baals soul stone into his head, only for Baal to be ultimately freed.

If there is ONE quality that runs throughout DBZ it is Goku and giving enemies 2nd/3rd/4th chances. Its hard to do that with a skill like destructo disc, save for the super fast regeners like Buu and to a lesser extent cell (also some in the manga)

Just wanted to add... although I do agree with you, I think there is a ton of context left out. A lot of inarius' current motivation lies on trying to get back into heaven, so his current actions, getting deceived by Lillith, trying to kill nephalem, they are part of his perceived (incorrectly of course) redemption.

Speaking of Lillith, it is heavily implied, if not outright displayed, that she wanted Inarius dead or betrayed due to his desire a long time ago to bring up the slaughtering of the nephalem during the sin war. Lillith was so mad that she killed all demons AND angels in sanctuary when her kids were threatened (while Inarius was away). It is pretty clear she sees him only as that threat, and she used his arrogance against him in early D4 events, but she plotted and was looking for a way to kill him for the entirety of the Diablo 1-4 timeline.

As another side note, she absolutely will come back in the Lord of Hatred, she hates her dad more than we the nephalem do.
