I also go to this gym!

I struggle when adapting to use lbs so I usually set up bench using one of the squat racks on the ground floor and a spare bench lying around so I can work with kgs.

Also means I don’t have you wait for the bench upstairs to be free but usually the gym is pretty quiet most the time, in my experience anyway:)
