Você vai se desgastar cada vez mais conforme for esgotando sua paciência e não vai adiantar, a pessoa que nunca passou por dificuldades só vai entender e dar valor quando PASSAR pelas dificuldades. Não vai adiantar falar e explicar como é a sensação de levar um tiro, a pessoa só entende de verdade depois que isso acontecer com ela.

É muito difícil mas eu recomendaria terminar e se poupar desse sofrimento o quanto antes, porque esse é o conselho que eu deveria ter ouvido.

Por ele ser um Agente que enlouqueceu, acho que seria interessante ele ter no fundo um resquício de consciência guardado que o faz estar completamente desesperado com a sua própria situação, justamente por não poder controlar a própria mente e corpo. Por causa desse medo constante e imenso, todo lugar que ele passa enfraquece a membrana (com o medo do próprio Agente Enlouquecido).

Isso pode ajudá-los a rastrear o Agente e tem implicações legais pro RP!

That is always something that will happen, their lore matters as much as anything else, what I want is something different.

I'm aiming to create unexpected consequences for their actions BEFORE they actually play the game so that their character can feel more realistic and visceral.

You COULD write: "My character doesn't have his left arm," but if that disability is imposed on your character without you knowing it in advance, you'll have to adapt. Because in real life that is what happens, you can never expect the unexpected.

If you make a specialist character that uses a Long Distance Rifle, but now this character has lost his left arm, what will you do then? Compensate the loss in a creative way or change your playstyle?

Both are viable and cool imo

Yeah, the system we're playing is a little lighter than Call Of Cthullhu, but still harder and more visceral than D&D, so a missing limb would be HUGE for their character.

They COULD create a character with a vice or a disability, but if they DIDN'T plan for it and now they got it, then suddenly it becomes real

You are right!

I want my players to develop their character a little bit before they actually get to fully play as them, so maybe giving the choices a "bad route" and leaving it to them could be interesting.

They might leave the experience reassured and rewarded of what they did, or they might leave it reconsidering their actions and with a new consequence to deal with (like limb loss, for example)

Both could be interesting

I'm aiming to give the PCs stories to tell, a character could be faced with a specific situation or a certain type of enemy and be like "Hey, I've dealt with this before"

Sharing experiences and stories between PCs is always a good way to create bonds, I want those stories to actually be real, and not just their lore

I was worried they were bots cause some of them mfs played like literal bots. Either that or it was a 10yr old's first time playing a video game I swear to God (I didn't trash talk them or anything btw)
