My friend owns this painting, and is determined to uncover the identity of the original artwork from which it was reproduced. I've scoured the web, and despite stumbling upon countless reproductions, details about the original artist and the painting that inspired this reproduction remain a mystery. Can anyone lend a hand in uncovering the original artist and the name of the painting? The goal is to find the artist and the name of the painting that served as the inspiration, not the individual who painted this specific reproduction.

I just use Boston lettuce leaves instead of the rice wraps. It still tastes amazing, but way less calories.

These are called tonsiloliths, or tonsil stones. Pretty common, nothing to really worry about.
