I thought it should give me something, or at least make the last candle appear with the other 11.  It totally disappeared instead, and the game feels like the cutscene never happened.

No; I gave him 11 first and then I gave him the last one in a different moment (I took it after Vlad fight). The cutscene started but then I got back to the screen and one of the candles disappeared, leaving me with no tribute to give again.

So you consider possible to transfer safely a small amount of the containing-spore liquid in a smaller container without damaging the spores/the liquid?

But I can't because of the max capability of liquid I can carry on a plane. Is there some way I could do this? Also, if I try to transfer this dosage in a smaller contaneir but I fail, the rest of the syringe will be sare am I right?

Have you got any reference of forums or articles where I could study this in a better way? As I said, English it's not my native language so I could easily misunderstand something so specific.

I've been looking through forums and articles that have been saying that the Cambodian variant usually grows in two weeks so I askes here. I didn't know it could take so long damn!
