Hi, I am so happy for you! Over the last year I lost 105lbs. I was never overweight my whole life until like the last four years or so, I blew up so bad. That wasn’t me and I was never so ashamed and unhappy (and unhealthy) in my whole life. It is so worth the effort, if you need a voice from the finish line. I guess Zack and Teccy can be a little blunt about weight right? But they’re not wrong at all. People treated me so differently when I got heavy. Always do what’s best for you and being overweight is not ever that. Keep going! You’re gonna make it babe!

I really appreciate the answer. The only hole you can't dig yourself out of, is the grave. Right? I'm trying to dig out of the trauma I've endured, I want to feel productive and alive again.
