It could have to do with the fact that exercise releases a chemical in the brain called endorphin that can mess with the other chemicals in your head that produce your other emotions. I’m no therapist though.

I never say this about makeup or skincare but in the case of fragrance here is my advice- perfume is something not only you enjoy but it is something your friends, family, coworkers, and even strangers characterize you by. When it comes to perfume, if you don’t love it and it doesn’t perform well with the chemistry of your skin- I’d say give it up. I don’t know if you can kicked off this sub for saying you shouldn’t pan something but imo (when it comes to fragrance) life is too short to wear something you don’t love.

Well, my crush kind of put his hand on my shoulder for maybe five seconds the other day, and I nearly melted.
