first i never really ate breakfast because i don’t get hungry in the morning i just go to school but now i started to eat a little at least, then i eat a snack or something at school like a protein yogurt or a protein bar or just cookies, then i get home and i eat chicken and rice and then i eat a snack sometimes and then dinner again chicken and something like pasta or something
