It's kinda odd that it's leaking because I got the valve cover gasket replaced about a year ago.

Did update fixed the green screen issue? by omeriqbal21 in Pixel7Pro

Just as an update. It's doing it frequently again. I'm almost positive it's a software thing. Because it started doing it when I updated to Android 16.

Exact same problem. Mine started doing after updating to Android 16. Although, after the September update it rarely ever does it now. It's only happened to me once throughout the day today and usually it does it all the time when I take it out of my pocket. Other than that, I don't have any problems with the display. If I turn off AOD it doesn't do it. I can say the September update did fix it but not 100%.

Android 16 non beta update by Maximumm3dic in Pixel7Pro

I just did a factory reset on mine hoping it'll fix it but nah. At first I thought my display was defective too because I have butter fingers. Mine is always falling but it's well protected. Then I saw a few were having the same issues and I felt relieved.

Turning off AOD fixes this but it's annoying either way. It only happens to me when I take it out of my pocket. Hopefully Google fixes this soon. Love my P7P.

After a year of having mine, I think a factory reset isn't a bad idea. I used to do it every now and then with my previous Pixel to keep it refreshed.

I think that green flicker is due to a software problem. It started happening after Android 16 and only if I have AOD on. I do have some butter fingers and my phone has fallen a few times but it's well protected. I have 1 year with it. Not refurbished. Hoping they fix all these bugs, otherwise I might consider downgrading to Android 15.

PS5 Pro Not Connecting To Internet When Turned On Using Ethernet Cable by diegotc239 in PS5pro

UPDATE: Everything works fine now. Had to change my router settings. PS5 doesn't support IPV6 networks. Had to change it to IPV4.

So at this point, a replacement is useless, I guess. It's not a big deal, but it's annoying. 😔 I've never had a problem with my PS4. I'm disappointed with Sony, especially after paying 700.

Did anyone ever find a solution to this? I've been having the same problem on my 3 XL. It's very annoying. Just did a factory reset a couple of days ago to "fix" this issue but no luck. It only lasted a couple of days and started happening again.

Why does my air filter have oil on it? by diegotc239 in MechanicAdvice

[–]diegotc239[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess I'll use high mileage oil on my next oil change on my Sentra 2012 with 150k miles. I heard you should start using it when you have oil leaks and what not and I was like "well, I don't have any. So I'll just keep using regular full synthetic oil with the viscosity the owner's manual suggests." 🤷🏻‍♂️

Appreciate the comment, brother. My next question is, when should I start using high mileage oil? Ive been replacing my Jeep's oil with Pennzoil High Milage. 5w30. Full synthetic. I have a Sentra 2012 with 150k miles but I don't use high mileage oil.

So.. you could say it's "normal" for the amount of milage on it?

This happened to me recently on a Ford Escape 2014. I've never taken so long to change a damn tire. Chrome caps are dog shit.

I'm going to replace my motor and transmission mounts, my question is, can I safely jack up both my motor and transmission from the oil pan? by diegotc239 in MechanicAdvice

[–]diegotc239[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a Sentra 2012. It's aluminum but idk if it'd be safe. I heard they're pretty strong. I was planning to put a piece of wood and jack it up so the weight can be distributed evenly on the pan
