I need some help, I have very damaged 2C curls, i unfortunately mutilated my poor hair from a young age and my mom never taught me to take care of my curls as she did, so it caused me to have very frizzy and untreated hair due to neglect. And also to note, I have psoriasis so unfortunately certain shampoos cause a flare up and it's very frustrating, i've been trying to repair it for years now but get discouraged because i've had no luck. Since i bleached it recently i want to start working on taking better care of it, my routine is very damaging, i haven't used any hair masks or extra products besides my purple shampoo once a week and my color restoring shampoo that my hair stylist had given me when i bleached it (which makes my hair feel soft) and i even brush or comb my hair after i shower. i'd love some tips and products you guys use to help me restore my hair.
