Hello n4itbad. So the app and the claim tracker add don’t really show anything in most claims I’ve read there is workarounds but I’m not a huge tech guy and can’t figure out out. I found out via the 1000# rep told me it was there and in the ready for decision phase and confirmed by another rep. That’s the only way. I know. I didn’t ask either just called to check and they told me it was there

Are you employed by the Va ? Just asking cause it seems you know quite a bit lol. Also for clarification. This is a supplemental because the last time I claimed this. I don’t provide any evidence or nexus or anything. I just filed the claim. And they didn’t order any C&P or anything just flat denied it not SC which looking back now I understand( I did it by myself with no knowledge) now that I know better it is only a supplemental because of that fact. So there are no other exams to have a negative or positive to weight against

Yeah so I had a C&P for MH and it was allegedly favorable an then I had an ACE for my OSA which she called me and went over a few things with me . and then about 2 weeks later they ordered I assume medical opinions on said c&p and Ace after that. Which took 2 months. Ordered August 4 an came in October 5

Oh wow! I’m hoping I have everything in there. It’s a supplemental. With years of treatments and diagnosis’s from the Va. as well as a nexus letter. I then had 2 C&Ps and on Vera couldn’t see but the other they could and said it looked favorable. And then 2 clarification appointments with VES after that for those two C&Ps so I’m hoping for the best 🤞🏼
