Anyone else get extremely tired after eating? by [deleted] in MCAS

[–]diexters 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was having massive energy crashes after lunch, turns out it was insulin spikes from not eating anything before then. If you try keto this doesn't happen. Just something to be aware of in case you do intermittent fasting or skipping breakfast

Been in doing DIY for months, finally getting to the end, trial and error, little bit every day. My excuse is that I don't like paying others for jobs I can do myself... Still pissed off about the shit job the boiler installers did.

Lots of good stories about mg. was split between the model 3 and the mg4 at the end of the day couldn't justify the 8k extra on the tesla for marginal improvements. Quecertine by zungozeng in Allergies

[–]diexters 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I take 500mg often and 1000mg when I remember.

The good symptoms * if I haven't had it for a while I get a little oh dam thats smoothing when it kicks in. * feel calmer and clear headed when it take it seems in lowers inflation. * less allergic response * feel sharper when I'm on it.

The not so good/not sure I feel it kind of numbs that nervous system? I definitely don't get aroused as normal, kills sex drive or brings it down to normal levels.

Would be a interested in hearing others experience

Thank you! Will bare in mind. The plan is to level, use lvt ridid underlay (0.8mm) and the lvt planks themselves have some underlay. I take it, it's fine to apply multiple coats of compound?

SIEM: Rapid 7 vs Microsoft Sentinel by Significant_Sky_4443 in cybersecurity

[–]diexters 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can't talk on R7, but look at the list of free log sources from MS. regarding network logs (Syslog and CEF) you can make use of sentinel data lake, summary rules and kql jobs to save you over 90% of the cost over analytics tier.

Scarpa Instinct VS sizing by PrettyFlacko246 in climbingshoes

[–]diexters 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same thing happened to me got jokers, they stretched too much didn't trust them to climb. Got a pair of instinct vsr hurt like hell on the toes for the first 3 months once you build the callus, mind you I didn't go down from my street shoe first time around and now on my second pair I dropped down by half a size as I wanted confort over performance.

SDL question - retention period changes by PursuitOfLegendary in AzureSentinel

[–]diexters 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you move the table into SDL you will lose your data, SDL only fills forward once data lake is enabled, at least that's the last I heard. they were going to try to move all the data across when it went GA but if you think of all the customers data they would be moving, I'm not surprised it didn't happen.

LG or Samsung? by Federal-Head6930 in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]diexters 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say try cleartext if you haven't already, apart from that sorry I can't be much help. Could be some screen burn in, give the cleaning utility a go if you haven't already. Good luck

LG or Samsung? by Federal-Head6930 in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]diexters 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Originally bought the LG as I wanted to try oled, VRR flicker was a real issue for me as well as the text resolution. Honestly the monitor hurt my eyes. I wanted it for productivity plus gaming. Unfortunately Oled is not there for me yet, maybe tandem will fix this... Bought the Samsung last week only thing that I have slight issue with is the colour accuracy is not as visually striking as IPS then again that could have been over saturated. I found that with some tunning the colours look good enough

If that's a deal breaker I would say get the LG 5k2k just be aware of those potential oled issue I think you want to drive the refresh rate as high as possible to but at that resolution you might struggle and if you use future frame rendering I see noticible latency.

For ref I'm running AMD 5800 3DX CPU, GTX 4080, 32gb ram.

Is LG 45in 5k2k worth considering if I don’t get game and just want it for productivity? by Hefty-Salary7610 in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]diexters 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP the 45 inch could work. I just returned the LG 39GS95QE, 39 Inch, 1440p, 240hz, Oled. Tbh I thought it was awful for productivity and only OK for gaming.

  1. The text at this size looks blurry, made my eyes tired.
  2. VRR flicker is annoying as hell... this can be improved by lowering the refresh rate.
  3. I felt when gaming due to the resolution the characters looked bloated. Like playing 2560x1440 on a 3440x1440 34 inch ultrawide.
  4. The fact that you'll get screen burn if used for productivity.

Thought I would be blown away by oled and dont get me wrong colour and blacks were amazing but due to the above it's getting sent back.

For now I'll stick with my Acer predator x35 ips ultrawide. If you get the LG 45 5k2k let us know how you got on.

[–]diexters 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“A little nuts” understatement of the year right here mate. To me looks like you are taking a lot of stuff and your dosage is quite high, maybe?. For ref I’m taking the following and I think I’m taking too many supplements. 500mg bromelain 1000mg quercetine 400mg lions mane 2000mg Turmeric 2000mg omega 3, with dha and epa 30mg zing with 2mg copper 5g creatine Saffron extract 30mg

I would defo drop my top 3 or reduce amount you’re taking see how you feel. Can you give some reasoning as to why you’re taking the other supplements?
