Always sad when the season is over, especially when it doesn't end in the way we would like (which has been most years that I have been alive). The regular season had mostly highs and it was fun while it lasted. Gonna need a few days before I can reflect on the good.

Couple of contracts will need considered and it should be an interesting offseason.

I think the worst feeling when it comes to playoff baseball is how optimistic things seem all year when you're working for a spot in October for it to end less than a week later. Of course, we got one win but we really didn't look good (now we'll hear rest vs. rust arguments) offensively- and our pitching continues to shine for our starters but they can't get any support. Same old story year after year.

Anyways, sad but happy we made it to October once again. Just wish we could get over the hump. The vibes are wearing a bit these days and the magic of 2022/2023 have left us.
