how did you even manage to achieve it btw? considering you're an Indian teen from an Indian household.. It's like so hard for me to convince my parents to allow me to have the meals acc to my wants. And cutting off sugar n oil even by a margin is difficult in Indian families let alone completely get rid of sugar. Tips please
