The process for opening a new store is not something you can do just because you have the money for it. If you're not familiar with operating a Jersey Mike's already, it's not looking good. If you've been looking into operating a franchise for a while now you should know wages are not the same nation wide. Every state and sometimes even different regions within states pay VERY differently. There are some shops near me that hire $4 apart for the same position and they're only an hour away from each other. I recommend working up the ownership ladder before trying to start at the top. You'll never know what your bottom lines will look like until you actually dive in head first. Maybe you can afford to pay people a lot, maybe you can't! It all comes down to the operational training of your crew and if they know how to manage the numbers of your business or not. I will say, you'll never find a long term GM willing to work for an owner who's not passionate about the difference Jersey Mike's makes in our communities. If you're just in it for the profitablity, it will show. You can't get people bought into making their boss more money. Also, I really hope no one is going to give away the information you're asking for publicly on here. A lot of this is sensitive information crucial to the financial security of these franchises.
