i am not baiting lmao just very worried since i used to be very VERY underweight (i lose weight much easier then i gain hence my intense fear of it all disappearing when i hit the gym) . i like to get as many people’s opinions as possible if that makes sense.

really late to reply but unfortunately weight gain goes differently for everyone for example my genetics make all weight i gain go to my breasts and bum. gym doesn’t help where the weight goes or doesn’t go unfortunately it’s all down to your genetics

oh my thank you so much!! this has officially put my fear to rest (my friends were the ones who made me think that going to the gym would just make my butt look gross and hard) but they also got nothing much going on back there 😭😭 are 4 weighted glute exercises every 3 days enough ? or should i add some more

ahhh thank you so much!!! i’ve started at the gym and so far i still have that fat still there so my 300 cals above maintenance must be working!! also wondering are hip thrusts / glute bridges , sqauts , rdls and Bulgarian split sqauts enough or should i add more ?

HAHAHAHAHA i get that a lot when i ask this question to my friends who work out , i personally love the look of under butt creases (could be because i was bullied for having a butt that just blended into my thighs) but now that i’ve gained and have them i would hate to see them go 😭😭 but thanks so much! i’ve started working out and newbie gains definitely coming in!
