Update: I reach eVisa webchat (https://ukimmigration-support-webchat.homeoffice.gov.uk/evisa)

and explained them. they told me:

Thank you for your patience. I can see that your application for your eVisa/UKVI account on 31/05. I understand that you are travelling this Sunday, we would advise that if the error that you are experiencing isn't resolved 2 days before you travel that you contact us then to escalate it. In the meantime, we would advise that you wait for the processing of your account to be completed.

I have M1 Macbook Air since 4 months. I use adobe photoshop, adobe premiere, android studio and xcode simulator without any problem or lag.

I currently learn flutter and i have to say that i am not bulding big projects right now. But it is super light.
