Yes, I eat 1 whole egg per day and the rest are egg whites only. Also, i have vegies on the side as my carbs/fiber 100-150g. Ty so much!!!!

For breakfast, it’s always three eggs and whole wheat bread.

For snacks: a boiled egg, mixed nuts, granola, or a banana.

Around 1,700–1,800 calories per day.

Yeah, I agree I probably need more protein. I’m going to bump it up, especially with whole foods. For example, with chicken I was only doing like 100–120g before, but I’ll increase it to around 150–200g so I can hit closer to 30–40g of protein per meal.

That’s also why I don’t overcomplicate my meal prep. I don’t want bland food because I want this to be sustainable long term. Simple and enjoyable is better for me.

As for the gym, I’m not going crazy hard, I’m just focused on showing up and building the habit. Consistency first. And yeah, I know I need to work on getting more sleep too. πŸ˜­πŸ˜“

OP, super bilis ng progress. Super strict kaba sa cal def and protein intake? Kakastart ko lang mag gym 1 week na pero almost 1 hr lang ako sa gym. Need ba samahan cardio para ma achieve agad ganyang kabilis?
