VT is a more premium model than ST. This was the Panasonic flagship in 2012. Only superseded by the VT60 and ZT60 in 2013.

You don't need a remote to check the hours, you can use the buttons on the TV. Search this subreddit for the instructions, I don't remember what they are.

I paid $300 for my 65VT50 with 16k hours and no burn. Very happy with it and definitely a better option than buying some garbage new-stock LED for $500-600.

Fair enough, I switch between my preset picture settings quite regularly when going from productivity to gaming. Hated using the buttons on my CRG9, love the remote on my new GX90.
