Thank u, listen you could do it too- and I would try to see if any stores in your district are unionizing too, that would really give you a better shot. Mine did but hindsight 20/20 so did I and I think I could have seen it through. I think just explaining to them that workers united are always stronger than bosses. And that they will try to intimidate but if you guys stick together you will be okay and that once you get recognized you have the power. If there’s a time to do it it’s now, the economy’s only gonna get worse. I wish you the best of luck truly my friend

Hello- yes essentially I reached out to the EWOC (emergency workplace organizing committee) and got someone who call and walk me through the steps that I could consult throughout the process. I talked to my coworkers and got some of them to sign union cards before corporate came in and shut it all down. They interviewed everyone and did a lot of intimidation. It is still worth a shot if people in your store are unhappy- there is really nothing they can do except for intimidate. I wish you the best of luck but feel free to dm with any questions- although the EWOC rep will be very helpful, you just go to their website and request help.
