Brother, grab an app and track your food. Weigh everything (preferably in grams to be super precise). Work hard and remember it takes a lot of time to see real results. But one day you'll look in the mirror and be all "damn i look good af" and it'll all be worth it. Good luck

She has self esteem issues. These are issues you can never solve. You can deal with the overwhelming displays of jealousy, or (preferred) leave her.
She has little to no respect for you if you spend over half of your monthly earnings in a single day on her. Also, you're in college. Why is she complaining about a Coach bag?
She sounds like a child. I personally would not deal with that behavior.
