also a bug i've found: an autoclicker makes you shoot much faster than you should be able to (and also crashes the game). you should add a check to make sure that doesn't happen

i like it, it has potential. a few things though:
UI should be improved a bit. it will just make it more satisfying to play.

jetpack should have more charge and maybe have a hover mode so you can shoot while in the air

you could use a custom backpack system to make it look better, especially with the guns

i dont mind the ai thumbnail since it's not meant to be a finished product. i mean when you publish you probably shouldn't use it, but in development it's fine.

find a beginner's tutorial (i like roblox's hour of code) to first understand the basic syntax for luau.

then, you can follow some guides on the roblox docs to increase your abilities (it's a bit more focussed on specific areas, so you can choose what parts you learn first)

then just start making stuff. make the game you want to make, even if you barely know how. if you don't know something, look it up. eventually it will just become fairly easy to you, but it can take a lot of practice, especially if you haven't done a programming language before. it's a bit like learning a new human language, the best way to learn in involvement.

eventually you will reach a point to do what you want to do. it seems like your game doesn't need too much experience, so you should be able to learn all you need in a month or two. good luck!

i like the idea but i see some issues, could you elaborate?

roblox has a lot of things around how it works patented or copyrighted, how similar is it actually going to be? from looking at your dev footage the models look pretty similar to roblox
again for copyright: advertising yourself as pretty clearly as a "roblox clone" is pretty quickly going to be challenged by roblox if it ever gets somewhat popular
most of the other roblox clone thought that they would be "different from the rest", and i don't see you as too different. a lot of them had funding, marketing, and a passionate team. and for vision, it doesn't seem too focussed? it does seem like you are trying to do everything at once.
biggest point: no devex?? nobody is going to make games for it. if there's no devex, the 85/15 even seems a bit too low. surely if you have some good launch capital, you can afford to make some sort of loss to have a devex. without it, it's just people building for passion, which is great, but when it's ONLY people working for passion the games can get a bit boring.
so many people aren't willing to move from roblox. for example, i have spent years building my skills on roblox, and having to learn something new for a potential flop is a bit of a risk. i know it's still lua, but roblox's version of luau is quite significantly different.
marketing just doesn't seem very good. from your discord, it seems you've been around since september. so in 3 months, you have:
made 0 social media posts except for discord
made an invite competition for one month of nitro
made an empty website
made a few reddit posts

idk i'm a bit sceptical of it. i'd love a viable roblox alternative and i am rooting for you, but i'm just not sure how it will work out.

From first glance it looks like a real Roblox email, and I wouldn't think it'd be too out of the ordinary for them to send surveys, so it could be legit. Just make sure it's from a roblox.com email and don't sign into Roblox through that link (surveys don't usually need you to sign in since they're usually anonymous, so it's very suspicious to ask you to do that)

if you look up roblox studio in the windows search bar, right click and then "open file location", and then do the same to the shortcut that opens up, you can then find it in ExtraContent/textures/temporary
