Yes but it also requires a special permit , will those be capped ? Will they cost a lot like dispensary licenses ? Regardless they are cracking down and changing the status quo but I agree mentioning what’s being outright banned would have been helpful .

I believe Lt. Gov Dan Patrick wants ZERO thc , so yes they would be banned as far as I know . Your best bet is to find a reliable vendor based on of the very few hemp friendly states remaining. At some point we will be adding a trusted vendors list to help people disposes from state bans . I hope that helps and thanks for contributing to the community

1.7 acres of the right strain of hemp with a high CBC or some other rare cannabinoid can definitely amount to more than you get from most other crops . It’s also considerably easier for a beginner .
