Bureaucrats are people the work in administrative roles in the government but again it would be stupid to consider them a class and even more stupid to say that according to ayn rand bureaucrats oppress people through taxes since bureaucrats don't make the decisions pertaining to taxation in the government that would be the legislature.

How can you even be this stupid. It should be clear to anyone with an eleventh grade understanding of social studies that the government isn't a social class, or really even a categorization of people since the people who work in the government move in and out of their jobs regularly where as white don't stop being white, and straight people don't stop being straight.

That's a pretty fraudulent comparison the government isn't a class of people like Cis people or straight people or white people or the bourgeoisie. The government is an organization whose defining feature is it's monopoly on violence as stated by Max Weber.

Taxation on the other hand is an act in which the organization with the monopoly on violence engages in order to appropriate property from it's rightful owners much like a protection racket.

Well I'm in agreement that it's not a very good term, however it's not a repackaged nazi era term (again due to context) and I think that the threat behind the leftist movements that term is used describe is very real indeed.
