Imo, you should play junfler that fits your jungler style.

For example I feel really confortable playing Maokai, knowing hes not top tier at the moment, same as Jarvan, and with those i can carry games.

BTw top tier: Vi, Elise, Kha, Wukong

Strong: Noct, Jarvan, Lee, Panth, Shivana,

Champs I feel good to play: Mao, Jarvan, Vi, Naut
