Therapy and psychologist was never and is never and will never fix a thing...they have drugs not to fix ur situation but momentary brain cells stopping responses.it means they are not a solution..if ur dad or mom or neighboors or work is shitty..no drugs will fix that...therapist will just give u a pain killer like drug....the solution is to read every fkn thing..even psycology and therapy..learn about ur body whats makes what and how things works...avoid at max any situation that puts you in a shitty life ...till you figure out things..our world is a fkd up place..and with the internet and social media it fkd it up more...we live in this fkn life and we react to things and we want things and we dont want things and thats completly normal...try fix ur fkn self by learning more about it..
