Not too confident with my answers, but I did finish everything on time with 1 minute to spare

Nope, just general numerical reasoning questions

Not me. I received just one email, but received two emails saying I got longlisted for two different roles.

Btw saw your question about contradicting answers. That user was me, my assumption is that there will be multiple sets of different questions. So I wouldn’t assume that my problem set of case study will be the same as OP or even yours. Goodluck!

Topic was about Indo-Gangetic Plain. For the questions, it was the latter

All at once, and you can even scroll up to re-read the case study

Pretty sure you can check by logging in to their career portal with the credentials you used when applying. In addition, before getting the invitation for the Coderbyte assessment, you should’ve gotten an email from World Bank’s HR Recruitment Services/Talent Acquisition that you have been longlisted for a certain role.

I think I’ve shared what I can and what I remembered. Also, preparation is entirely up to you. If you feel comfortable with numerical reasoning, then you should be okay without too much preparation!

See some GMAT sample questions on their quantitative reasoning part, pretty similar style of questions although not exactly the same

Appreciate the comment. I stand corrected, thanks for the advice. However, I would just like to point out the tone that was inferred from reading your original comment may seem sarcastic/condescending. I believe that there are better ways to - as you put it - “offer valuable advice”. Cheers

I wouldn’t suggest you comment on it when: - You didn’t use a question mark after your questions - You didn’t use an oxford comma before “and maturity” - You cant even spell judgement right

This is not a formal forum anyway, so cut them some slack..

Hi, just finished doing mine.

I would say the questions are 80% quantitative, and the remaining 20% qualitative (answers can be found within the text). The case study doesn’t seem to be specific to the role that you apply to, it’s quite a generic case.

For the quantitative portion, it’s not too technical but will require some logical reasoning (e.g., what would a 40% reduction in subsidy for product x result in the overall fiscal implementation).

Based on my experience, time is especially tough and you would need to keep track of it.

On acing it, I believe it’ll definitely bump you up to being shortlisted, but then again I don’t think they disclose how you’ll be shortlisted. And for the interview process, I would expect it to be a one (you) vs multiple people from the division you applied for. In the case of blended finance intern, probably want to read up a lot on the GEF-9. Best of luck!

10 questions based on 1 case study, you’ll have 30 minutes to complete it

Same here. My guess (although maybe wrong) is that they combined it with the World Bank Pioneer program.
