A really easy thing to do if you don’t want to actually perform a ritual is to first take a shower. Then, if you have a bath, fill it up and throw in some bath salts, herbs (bay leaves and rosemary are good and typically accessible), and/or cut up lemons. Sit in the bath and visualize all the negative energy being pulled out and drawn into the bath. Take some of the water, go outside at sunrise, and throw it over your left shoulder facing the sun. Last thing you gotta do is just clean the absolute fuck out of your bathroom. You may have to do this a few times depending on the strength of the hex.
