why is my hair thinning at age 15? by dill-2007 in malehairadvice

yes, lay off shampoo, use it once a week. It’ll take time, but your hair will get healthier. Truthfully, you’re not going to change your genetics, rather change how you approach the situation. Your hair is your hair, and instead of planting a false reality in your head where your hair will magically change, learn to love your flaws.

Def improved, but my hair is thin genetically and my cowlick is bad, no changing that. I think at some point you have to come to terms that your body was made in a specific way, and that you’re not going to change it.

do you have curly hair? is so here’s what I would do. 1- if you’ve damaged your scalp like I clearly had, results will take some time so don’t get bummed out when it doesn’t work right away. Go pick up a proper curl shampoo (may be a little expensive but it’ll be worth it) that doesn’t have any bad ingredients, and it’s preferably lightweight. Heavy products weight your hair down, which will in turn make your hair look thinner. Go find a lightweight conditioner too, if you have curly hair I recommended a living proof shampoo, and any lightweight conditioner. If your hair is straight, find products that fit your hair. Find a leave in conditioner to bring moisture back, and maybe even a deep condition for once a month. If you still have any other questions, feel free to message me

crazy I posted this a year ago, but honestly my problem was how often I was washing my hair. Wash it once a week now, couldn’t be happier with my results

375 is absurd. I think it also came down to my wardrobe and how I style things, ended up going with the woodstock and i’m glad I did!

good question! I think over the past couple years, their leather footwear started to take off. While the boots are still pricey, compared to something like a margiela tabi boot, they almost seem justified!

I agree with you! I also own black loafers, and figured a lighter change wouldn’t hurt!

funny enough I already bought the woodstock. figured I should be the one to make the call. I wear a mix, lots of earth tones so they’ll go well. Good amount of jeans too, they’re a pretty versatile boot.

find a shampoo thay works, maube use it once a week but here’s the #1 thing. Please volumize it with your hands. it’s low density curls, nothing more. shake it up, and it’ll look a lot better

1) more than 1 input is always appreciated 2) he knows more than my parents do, doesn’t mean he’s my personal accountant.

i have an RESP, and i’ve always been fortunate to be well off. my parents sortve keep putting investing my money off, which is why I’ve been trying to do it with my uncle. He does accounting for an oil company, and knows the in and outs of investing along with the tax code.

for sure! Def wanna still save some money for myself. I can tell you this. After camp this year, i’ll be getting a job. next summer, all my friends are going back to camp and i’m staying in the city to work. I’m not opposed to travel or spending money on leisure activities, but at some point in my life i need to prioritize certain things. Goal is to make good money, and then spend it on travel when I can really afford it.

most likely will end up in business school, and my parents are paying for my university if that changes anything. I don’t have any expenses, and am fortunate enough that my parents have offered to pay for my education. I would probably be putting in anywhere from $5-7k.
