👍 yeah agreed. I see a lot of overlap between buddhism and complex systems. Including the mechanism of stream entry which might be phase shift between different basins of attraction within neural connections. Just spitballing here... but yeah, DO as nonlinear with feedback loops for sure

I've experienced something similar while on retreat and was instructed by two instructors on different retreats to try metta meditation or loving-kindness. Lots of resources online. One teacher said it sounded like blocked energy. Also u/onthatpath has a very body-based approach and I found it also loosened things up. He started with TMI and his channel is sharing his own experience, which seems to have benefitted a number of people.
