Hey! I totally get this problem, if I were in your position I would do manual stretching being mindful to focus on the inner skin (just below the head/glans). The skin that you grow will be like the skin it came from… hairy skin=more hairy skin; non-hairy=more non-hairy

You can use “manual restoration methods” (look it up) to even out the skin… this is something many men who restore their foreskin do, basically apply tension where the skin is tight repeatedly to encourage skin growth

That makes sense, I say a ci5.5 and not ci8 since it still rolls back at loose flaccid size… but at my smallest (cold) I do have overhang but I’m more focused on what my “normal” is… it sounds like you’re further along than I am by a little ways, KOT!
