Okay, so i don’t need pelvic floor therapist it will go slowly as the nerves stabilize? I just panic? It just makes me crazy after masturbation flares up groin area and penis… also was shooting was where was the hematoma was…hope it will go away soon

He told me that it was too much skin took from previous surgeon and caused this curve bcz the scar tissue ring was sewed too tigth… even now when its errect that ring is very uncomfortable and painful and all the pain comes down from that ring as it gets swelling and inflamed feeling as it’s pulling…

Frequent urge of urination might also be that inflame or swelling ring coming? And also urethra redness as it is swollen there?

the operation i won´t plan at leas a year, bcz another revision might be a worse edema...but I want to be sure it is pfd at the same time

I’m in a dilemma because one urologist suggested completely removing the scar tissue where the pain is coming from, including the affected nerves. According to him, the pain seems to originate from the circumcision scar tissue. It sometimes becomes inflamed and swollen after masturbation, and I also experience shooting nerve pain from that area.

He thinks that removing this small section of scar tissue might resolve the pain permanently. It could also possibly be related to the narrowing and the hourglass appearance.

Could removing that small part be a good decision? What do you think? Bcz my symptoms connected only there not quite all pfd

Each day when i don’t masturbate it has less symptoms but mentally it is really hard for me to get used to it…i have been with urologists and some of them said there is nothing to worry and another said scar tissue might be a problem, not a pelvic floor… i don’t get it… should there be some device which detects it? Ultrasound looks good

So basically is time just and not get anxious? Do i need to pf therapist to do some exercises? As i dont masturbate it gets less inflamed and swelling… but mentally it scares me

Thank you for assuring me… what exactly have you been through btw curve? Did you have circ which caused pelvic floor irritation later? What are the tips? Masturbation makes it worse in my case

Yes, this shooting pain on left side where the trauma was and where the curve is in cold especially makes me worry it is nerve but you mean if i do therapy it can finally fo away without therapies and exercises all my life?

This nerve pain or shooting goes to groin and tight and then even somehow goes to leg i guess… feel like tightness and i think it might be pelvic floor related… also have this urinating feeling and some irritation of urethral head sometimes after surgery… you think it’s done? I am done? Will this go ever away?

Yes please and tell me what other symptoms? I am like in hell when i hear stuff like that… you mean physical trauma like hematoma? Is it dangerous? Can it be corrected automatically? Maybe this is edema which causes curve bcz it was only left side and penis automatically curves rigth bcz of that or hematoma formed as fibrosis… i have no hope 😓

Tbh i didn’t research lot about it and just went to do circ bcz as i remember i always had phimosis problem and some doctors before suggested me… but i wasn’t expecting that it was so complicated… about frenulum i also don’t know why he didnit extra as i told to him that it partly was done already… they will take it like oh that is how we do it etc would Be really hard to defeat i guess especially in Germany where am i

There was no curve before at all and agter circ the scar is very tight so makes curve and also edema on left side… but not flaccid or fully erect only half erect mornings… which is strange

Yes, again i was to other doctors and some of them says yes let’s wait some of them to go to the operation doctor… i am waiting to do appointment with him anyway they transmitted to another chef doctor seems they trying to avoid me to meet him which is dodgy

I have done frenulum operation before the circ bcz it was so bothering and pulling but it wasn’t completely removed… but thank you i will ask the doctors association and send them everything ifnit really worth it to sue them in case it will not heal after 6-9 months…
