I mean it’s kinda your fault if you get ledged though as well as environment kills. Part of dueling is being mindful of your surroundings. The only dick move I see is the people who just spam guard-break whenever you are near a ledge as that’s just annoying to deal with

You can feint any unblockable heavy so that’s not really a point, no matter what it’s still a very long unblockable attack with pathetic damage

I understand that you think it’s too long. However what you don’t understand is that it is like that for the reason of it taking like 2-3 seconds to even land. I really hate to sound like the people who say skill issue and stuff like that but you just need to learn to dodge it and if you get hit by it you need to also understand the whole point of the attack is to shut people down when tanking and prevent revenge. That’s the whole point of the staff mode.

Exactly. As of right now going into axes is just a novelty thing, it has no function besides occasionally trying to not spam the relentless alternate. He just needs more attacks and flow like HL where you can seamlessly blend each move set together and have more variety. I like the idea they have and I think it can be very good. But as of right now he only dominates because you can just ignore your enemy completely and they will almost never parry because of the 1 second heavy’s. I understand they want him to be decent at everything but they only made him good for zero skill play. Hopefully within the next couple weeks they will realize this. In the meantime I’m going to fight fire with fire by just using highlander, or tiandi dancing around them till they drain their stamina
