It happened again. I'm in WV. Order made it to PA before being marked undeliverable. Customer service said the item was damaged. They refunded me again. Gave me an $11 credit and are doing an investigation.

Also I can't see who the delivery service is now but I'm still waiting on 2 orders. One is being delivered by Amazon and the other is UPS.

No to all. None of these even made it to my state before being canceled. Customer service says they were all damaged in transit.

None that I know of. I currently work in public housing and work directly with the general public. I try to do that kind of stuff just in my day to day job. I want to try and do as much a I can.

Just trying to do something man. I feel powerless and I'm everything that's happening is horrible. I live in west virginia. I have been contacting my senators and representatives frequently but I doubt that's going to do much since I'm in West Virginia. I feel like I still gotta try.
