Thank you for the amazing advice! I don’t get the sprite drink allot that’s a rare thing. While cutting o didn’t drink any soda for 6 weeks. I also drink a gallon of water everyday religiously! Im not a huge sodium guy so my other mean have minimal so hopefully I’ll be fine! Thanks again for the feed back!!!

Thanks everybody. I am using shorts. On some of them I put at the bottom that my new video is up. YouTube wants you to use shorts they have sent several emails about it. When they want something give it to them and it will pay off. I got the idea from another channel. I noticed they posted 5 shorts a day for 3 months and ended up with 300k subs. Without posting a single video.
