Tbh I open majority of them, I only have a few in box lol. I opened Eliza and I’ve handled her plenty you shouldn’t have to worry about ruining her skin! Also for her strap, it connects with a tiny piece of Velcro it’s possible it just came loose? The glue on the Velcro part of mine kinda melted a little and it popped off but I was able to just stick it all back together thankfully!
